Introducing Wilhelmina Ligthart

Wilhelmina brings with her over 35 years of international trade experience and currently works closely with exporters throughout Regional Victoria. Wilhelmina also advises the Central Victorian Exporters Network and holds seminars to educate in all aspects of exporting from the importance of correct Export Documentation to understanding Incoterms and logistics .
Wilhelmina’s background is in international trade in various capacities as an importer, exporter and freight forwarder. Recently completing a 6 year contract managing the logistics of the Qantas 737 fleet engines.
She has successfully owned and operated a company called Lobster Air, the first dedicated freight forwarder of live seafood sold in 1997 to Owens Refrigerated Freight and subsequently entered the market as a live seafood packer and exporter until 2001.
Currently Wilhelmina is an exporter as well as owning an international trade consulting business that also offers specialised freight forwarding services and import/export advice in setting up standard operating procedures as well as assistance in researching documentary and logistics requirements for import and export markets. Understanding the complexities of the export documentation process and unable to find a suitable alternative software designed specifically for exporters, Wilhelmina designed EASE Docs – an easy and simple export documentation system.

All countries have import regulations and the incoming consignments must pass through the local customs authorities as well as any governing industry bodies. Introducing David Probst

David brings with him, a wealth of experience in software systems and development. From his beginnings in Electronics Engineering, David moved into software development and consulting 25 years ago. David has successfully founded and run several businesses and understands the challenges and complexities of running a business today.
Having designing and developed software for businesses ranging from SMEs to large international corporations, including Freight Forwarders and Exporters, David’s background and experience made him the perfect choice for developing EASE Docs along with Wilhelmina Ligthart.
